Since 2011 Tyra has worked as an independent Nanny with multiple families. Her passion for loving children and desiring to work with children came from having her own children and finding it hard to find reliable daycare. Tyra first began in the childcare industry by opening an in-home daycare in her home. Her daycare became very successful very quickly. However, due to a family emergency, she closed the daycare to care for a family member. Once Tyra entered back into the work field, she decided to work as a Nanny. Her love and passion for children was something she could not pass up. For many years she has been a successful Nanny to each and every family she has worked with. Not only has Tyra become part of the family while working with each family, but she still keeps in contact with each family and is always their first call if they require a Nanny.
